We've wanted to host a styled content retreat in the San Juan Mountains for a while and are sooooo excited to bring this to the table! You'll be taken to some our own secret spaces amongst some other incredible locations in this gorgeous state. We've put together four awesome sets for you to capture and bring out that creative side we know you've got. If you've been wanting to see a side of Colorado that not many see this is the right retreat for you! Don't miss out!

What's a Styled Content Day?
A styled content day is when creatives from all walks of life combine their time, talents, and resources to create a stunning visual concept in a photograph. Elopement photographers often do these to help make new trends, but styled shoots reach far more than the scope of weddings. Our team works with the best to keep our styled shoots as authentic as possible.
Photographers (new and experienced) who are seeking an adventure in the CO mountains are invited to join us in October for some amazing content days and gorgeous fall colors. With the four styled shoots set up your clients will be gawking at your content. When they say, "we want to get married here," you'll know exactly how to make that happen.

Meet up with us at our airbnb for a little get to know one another and hang out. This gathering will allow our team to make introductions and get you all set up and answering any last minute questions you may have before heading out.
Accommodations
We'll be offering three nights stay near the Durango area in Colorado with shoots set around here and the Ouray area (also known as the 'Little Switzerland of America'). We'll be renting out our own little place, so there will be no other guests than our team at this time. Food and snacks will be provided as well!
Networking /business besties
You will be working with some of our favorite vendors and building your own relationships. So while we collaborate with locals, you're instilling trust for future business. You'll get to meet the "Ivy" team, and we can't wait to become life-long friends. This go around we'll also have a special speaker (while this will be optional to join we highly suggest you stick around for it).
Adventure /the take your breath away kind
Throw on those boots and get ready! We're hiking around and in the San Juan Mountains and the views will take your breath away. If you're not "excellent" at hiking, don't stress! We'll go at our team's pace. Note: the area we'll be in requires moderate hiking. Be sure to dress appropriately. We'll be putting out a "packing list" soon to help.

This is a retreat for photographers of all levels. The team here at Ivy & Co. will be an open book throughout the whole process, so please pick our brains. There will be a special speaker to chat with us all for a little extra learning time.
To reserve your spot, please fill out the application at the bottom of the page. This helps us to get to know you better and ensure you are getting all you envision from our content days. Once we receive your application you will be sent an email to set up a quick chat. Next step will be the contract and invoice portion. You will have 24 hours to pay your deposit and reserve your spot before it becomes available again to other applicants.
Tickets are non-refundable. While they are non-refundable you are welcome to sell your ticket should you not be able to attend.

You will be receiving a proposal via Honeybook once your application has been submitted, so please make sure your email is entered correctly. This proposal will include package specifics + your invoice. If you choose to pay through Honeybook a 3% fee will be added. You can also pay via Venmo and we will mark payments paid manually on your proposal. You will see the amount you need to pay for the deposit on the Honeybook invoice.
